Questions about plans
- How does the free trial work?
- Each plan shows the length of its free trial next to its button. You add a card to start, and you are charged the plan price when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Each customer gets one free trial.
- How do I cancel?
- Open your account page and choose Manage billing, then cancel your plan. You can do it any time, including during the free trial.
- Can I switch between weekly, monthly and yearly?
- Yes. Open your account page, choose Manage billing and pick another Plus plan. The price difference is worked out for the time left in your current period.
- What happens after I cancel?
- Your plan stops renewing. You keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account goes back to Free. Designs you made stay in your browser, at the size you set.
- Do you give refunds?
- Payments are not refunded for unused parts of a billing period, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we will look into it.
- Who handles my card?
- Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
